Maids 2U Cleaning Services operates as a referral-based company, partnering with local cleaning companies. Each partner company typically consists of one or two cleaning professionals. We carefully screen all cleaning contractors to ensure quality and reliability.

3. Service Agreement

By scheduling a cleaning service with Maids 2U, you agree to the following:

  • Responsibility for Damages and Lost Items: Maids 2U Cleaning Services is not responsible for any damages or loss of items that may occur during the provision of cleaning services. Any issues related to damages or lost items must be addressed directly with the subcontractor assigned to your cleaning. The subcontractor will assume full responsibility for such matters.
  • Subcontractor Agreements: Our subcontractors are required to sign an agreement letter acknowledging their responsibility for maintaining high standards of reliability and professionalism. They are fully accountable for the quality of their work and any issues arising during the service.

4. Service Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred service date and time. However, scheduling is subject to availability, and we may need to adjust timings as necessary.
  • Cancellations: To cancel or reschedule a cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment: Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic payments.
  • Billing Discrepancies: Any billing discrepancies or issues must be reported within 7 days of service completion.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing and managing our services. We do not share your information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill our service commitments.

7. Liability Limitation

Maids 2U Cleaning Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the extent permissible by law.

8. Changes to Terms

Maids 2U Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
